Terms of Use
Version of September 23, 2026
1. General
1.1. These Terms are the rules for using the Memo service at memoio.space ("Memo").
1.2. Memo is provided by Alexey Sergeevich Oparin, individual entrepreneur (sole proprietor, Russia), tax ID (INN) 470422619193 ("we", "us").
1.3. By signing up, logging in, connecting a computer or paying for a subscription, you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them in full.
1.4. If you don't agree, don't use Memo.
1.5. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy: memoio.space/privacy.
2. What Memo is
2.1. Memo is an online service. It stores a graph, a working map of your Claude Code and Codex sessions, and shows it in a web panel.
2.2. Memo gives you:
- every session as a separate branch with a live map of its steps;
- a passport for every branch: what the agent may do alone and what it must ask you first;
- one inbox for questions from all your branches;
- a web panel in any browser, on your laptop or phone;
- hooks, a skill and an MCP endpoint for Claude Code and Codex;
- support for macOS, Linux and Windows with WSL.
2.3. You connect a computer with one command from your account page.
2.4. Memo doesn't run AI models and doesn't include access to them. You pay for Claude Code or Codex separately, to their makers, and use them under their rules.
2.5. Memo is a digital service. We don't ship anything physical.
3. What you get after you pay
3.1. A payment gives you the Memo plan for one month. There is one plan, and it includes everything listed in 2.2. There are no extra paid features.
3.2. Access starts as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment, on the same account you paid from. You don't need to reinstall anything: your graph and your connected computers stay as they were.
3.3. Your account page (memoio.space/account) shows that the plan is active and the date it's paid through.
3.4. The subscription renews itself every month until you cancel it. The payment for the next month is charged automatically.
3.5. You can cancel any time by email to support@memoio.space from your account email. After you cancel, access stays until the end of the month you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
3.6. If a renewal payment fails, the plan keeps working for 3 more days. After that your agents can't reach Memo, but the panel still opens, and your graph is kept for 90 more days (see 11.4).
3.7. If the plan didn't become active after you paid, email support@memoio.space. This is a case for a refund (section 5).
3.8. The payment provider emails a payment confirmation to the address you gave when paying.
3.9. The payment doesn't include:
- access to AI models, or a Claude Code or Codex plan;
- checking whether your agents' work is correct.
4. Prices and payment
4.1. Memo is in a free beta now. No card is needed and nothing is charged. The end date of the beta hasn't been set yet.
4.2. After the beta, Memo costs 19 US dollars per month. If you pay in another currency, the payment provider shows the amount in it before you pay.
4.3. You see the price and the period before you pay: on the pricing page memoio.space/pricing, on the payment button and on the payment provider's page. You pay the price shown before payment.
4.4. We'll email your account address at least 14 days before the beta ends. During the beta you don't enter any card details, so nothing is charged by itself when it ends: the paid plan starts only if you pay for it.
4.5. How to pay:
- Sign up at memoio.space with email and password, Google or GitHub.
- Press "Pay · $19/month" on memoio.space/pricing or "Subscribe · $19/month" on your account page (memoio.space/account). Payment opens when the beta ends; until then the button tells you so.
- The payment provider's page opens. Check the amount and enter your payment details.
- After paying you return to your account page, and the plan becomes active.
4.6. Payments are taken by a payment provider on its own page. Card details are entered only there; Memo never sees or stores them.
5. Refunds
5.1. Access to Memo opens right after payment.
5.2. We will refund your first subscription payment in full if you email support@memoio.space within 7 days of it. Include your account email. You don't need to give a reason.
5.3. We will refund later payments if:
- Memo didn't work because of a technical fault on our side;
- access never appeared after you paid.
Email support@memoio.space within 7 days of that payment. Include your account email and what happened.
5.4. Before disputing a payment with your bank (a chargeback), contact our support first.
5.5. Cancelling doesn't refund the month you've already paid for, except as in 5.2. After you cancel, access stays until the end of the paid month.
5.6. This section doesn't limit any rights you have under the laws of your country.
6. Your account
6.1. You can log in with email and password, Google or GitHub.
6.2. Keep your password and your computers' keys private.
6.3. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including what your agents send to Memo.
6.4. If you lose a computer, revoke its key on your account page.
7. Memo "as is" and limits of liability
7.1. Memo is provided "as is".
7.2. We don't promise:
- that Memo will meet your expectations;
- that it will work without interruptions or errors;
- any financial, work or other results.
7.3. Memo doesn't check whether your agents' work is correct. You decide what they do, at your own risk.
7.4. Keep your own copies of anything important.
7.5. We are not liable for:
- direct or indirect losses, including lost profit;
- the results of how you and your agents use Memo;
- the actions of other companies: the makers of Claude Code and Codex, the hosting company, the payment provider, Google and GitHub;
- temporary outages and interruptions of access.
8. Lawful use
8.1. Use Memo only within the law and within the rules of the services it works with, including the rules of Claude Code and Codex.
8.2. Don't:
- use Memo to break the law;
- attack or overload the service;
- try to reach other accounts or their data;
- resell access to Memo.
8.3. You're responsible for the lawfulness of what you store in Memo and of what your agents do.
9. Your data and rights in Memo
9.1. Everything you and your agents put into your graph belongs to you.
9.2. You allow us to store and process that data only to run Memo for you. We don't sell it and don't train AI models on it.
9.3. The Memo site, panel, hooks, skill, installer, name and logo belong to Alexey Sergeevich Oparin. While you use Memo, you may run them to work with Memo.
9.4. You may not copy, distribute, resell them or present them as your own service without our permission.
9.5. If these rights are violated, we may limit your access without compensation.
10. Suspension
10.1. We may suspend or limit your access if:
- these Terms are broken;
- we see abuse;
- the law or the payment provider requires it.
10.2. We may refuse service when a user's actions create a high risk for Memo, the payment provider or other people.
10.3. Suspension doesn't cancel obligations that arose earlier.
11. Leaving Memo
11.1. You can stop using Memo any time. Cancel the subscription as described in 3.5.
11.2. To delete your account and data, email support@memoio.space from your account email.
11.3. After deletion, the data is erased from the server within 30 days. It disappears from the encrypted backups as old backups are replaced by new ones, within 12 months at most.
11.4. We keep the data of an unpaid account for 90 days after the beta ends or after the last paid month. Before deleting it, we email your account address.
12. Changes to these Terms
12.1. We may change these Terms. The new version appears on this page with its date.
12.2. If you keep using Memo after a change, you accept the new version.
12.3. A new price applies only from the next paid month. We'll email your account address about it at least 14 days in advance.
13. Contact and seller
13.1. Support: support@memoio.space.
13.2. Seller: Alexey Sergeevich Oparin, individual entrepreneur (sole proprietor, Russia), tax ID (INN) 470422619193.

13.4. These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. We first try to settle any dispute by email through support. If that fails, the dispute goes to court under the law of the Russian Federation.
By signing up for Memo or paying for a subscription, you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them in full.
